Please do not set the AC below 69 degrees which will cause the unit to freeze and stop working. We do have exterior cameras which record audio/video. No smoking inside our home. We charge a $350 fee if evidence of smoking is found. No illegal drugs or firearms on the premises. No parties or loud, rowdy groups. No more than 2 additional daytime guests without Host approval. We charge $400 to send a plumber to unclog a toilet due to excessive toilet paper or feminine products. No confetti, glitter, or burning candles. Houston has a hot and humid climate and sometimes it is impossible to keep bugs out. We exterminate every month to try and prevent this from happening. Make sure to leave the gate opener on the kitchen counter before checkout (we charge $100 to replace it).
