A 2-car garage is available for use. House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8 or more guests.

Only registered guests are allowed, and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. A $500 fine applies for indoor smoking violations. The hot tub is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. Landscaping is done once a week. Two security cameras are installed outside for security, none inside. House rule violations can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit. Pest control service is monthly. The fireplace is out of order.
