My experience includes preparing broker opinions of value (BOVs), underwriting investment opportunities, creating professional offering memorandums, coordinating due diligence, negotiating complex transactions, and marketing properties through LoopNet, CoStar, CREXi, targeted digital campaigns, and my professional network. I pride myself on being hands-on throughout every transaction. From pricing and marketing to negotiations and closing, I stay actively involved to ensure my clients are informed, protected, and positioned for success.
