3rd unit in less than 2 years and now I’m going on day 14 without a/c

I visited this property in the interest of renting here. Stay away unless you just have nowhere else to go. The property felt very unsafe. The gates were wide open. I was able to just drive in without issue. The local area feels unsafe as well, especially with it being right off hwy 6. Anyone can just walk onto the property. The broken glass in the parking lot showed that cars may have been broken into. Ignoring the safety issue, the pool was very small, as was the gym. For as expensive as this... place is, especially with calling itself a "luxury" apartment, it should have a much better feel when you are there. It should also be secure. Read More
