Breakers at Windmill Lakes

My husband and I have lived here for almost a year, this is our first apartment together and we have no complaints! Our dogs absolutely love watching the ducks and playing with their new friends when they come to the fence. Not to mention all of the friendly faces who stop to admire them and give them pets. We’ve never had any issues, if a concern comes up Carlos and Valerie are quick to jump into action to handle it. I feel safe and secure and know that we are taken care of here!

I’ve lived here for years now and I absolutely love the complex and the community. Other places don’t compare and part of it is because of the awesome office management. Carlos and Valerie have repeatedly gone above and beyond for any issues or concerns we have had. They are truly dedicated to making the apartments feel like a home.

The complex is calm and quiet and the apartments on the ground floor have fenced yards which is unique and awesome to have.

A great place with an amazing lake view for people to share with nature. The gym has all the items I need to excercise. I love to walk with my dog next to the lake.

Great place to live, with a beautiful lake! The sunsets looks amazing. Very quiet, great pool and bbq zone. Also, my dog loves to run in the dog park!
Have a place to exercise while looking the pool and the lake is a plus!

We have lived here for several years off and on and we always come back because we really enjoy the property and apartments themselves. The apartments are spacious and updated and many have fenced in yards that really add to the home feeling. Carlos and Valery are the current management team and they have been really great from the start. They are always so receptive to any concerns we may have and are really quick to find a resolution. They truly make the renting experience so much better.
