At the same time, I sincerely appreciate you being open about your concerns. I’m really sorry to hear about the condition of the hallways and the lighting issues. We understand how important a clean, well-lit environment is to feeling comfortable in your home, and we are actively reviewing ways to improve both the frequency of cleaning and the overall lighting in these areas.

I also want to acknowledge how frustrating the ongoing smoking concerns must be, especially in a non-smoking community. We understand the impact this can have, particularly when it affects your apartment directly. While we have been sending reminders, we agree that more needs to be done, by any chance you know the person or apartment number so we can directly contact the resident it would make a greater impact.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the distress and inconvenience caused by the pest problem. We understand how unsettling it is to encounter rodent activity, especially when it affects your ability to enjoy your home and raises health concerns. This is not the experience we want for any of our residents.

We also regret that the initial pest control efforts were disrupted and did not resolve the issue. We are taking this matter seriously and will be coordinating with our pest control provider to ensure that treatments remain in place and are effective.
