I have stayed at Broadstone Toscano since October 2019. Generally, this is a nice apartment in a nice location. The office staff are all very cordial and friendly. The maintenance crew is capable and helpful. I do have concerns with certain pests that prohibit me from stepping into my balcony to enjoy the outdoors. A solution is yet to be found.

While installations are good in general, there is a very important flaw in the apartment building: extremely outdated internet installations. It is absurd that I pay $70 for an internet on which in a different apartment complex is equal to around $30 for a similar, potentially more reliable plan. It desperately needs an update and it is an aggregated cost over the usual expenses.

I've had a good overall experience at Broadstone Toscano. It's located in a nice neighborhood and it's close to the post office, Target, HEB, and many other stores. The management is friendly, and the maintenance staff responds quickly to requests.

This is a really good place to live. Great location, nice amenities. My only complaint so far is that one of the pools needs work, and one of the gates is broken. They're pretty good about fixing things, but you have to follow up.
