Deerwood Apartments

We've lived for about a year and a half, and we absolutely love it. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. There are eateries, shops, a pharmacy, and a park all within walking distance from the apartment complex. The on-site amenities are fabulous. The grounds are always clean. The staff is truly wonderful. The 24/7 concierge team is always warm and welcoming. The management team in the leasing office is helpful and hospitable at all times. Deerwood has great staff and maintenance on hand to help the residents with any issues or suggestions they might have. The grounds are lovely and I consistently feel safe here.

The apartment complex continues to maintain a high level of maintenance and support from the concierge staff. The security at the complex is generally good; I personally have had no incidents with individuals who intended to steal or do harm to residents.

The staff is generally very helpful in resolving issues, which may lead to problems. The largest issue at the complex is electric power that is supplied from outside. This is largely outside the ability of the staff to directly resolve, but... the staff is always diligent in following up with Centerpoint on power outages and on water problems. Read More

My experience as a resident has been really good and that’s mostly in part due to the amazing staff that is onsite and always ready to help.

The community is nice, well kept. The staff is professional and follow up on all requests in a timely manner. Packages are held with the concierge so you don’t have worries of them being taken.
