The apartment complex continues to maintain a high level of maintenance and support from the concierge staff. The security at the complex is generally good; I personally have had no incidents with individuals who intended to steal or do harm to residents.
The staff is generally very helpful in resolving issues, which may lead to problems. The largest issue at the complex is electric power that is supplied from outside. This is largely outside the ability of the staff to directly resolve, but... the staff is always diligent in following up with Centerpoint on power outages and on water problems.

The community is nice, well kept. The staff is professional and follow up on all requests in a timely manner. Packages are held with the concierge so you don’t have worries of them being taken.
