lovely oasis near TMC

I lived at Elan Med Center for a little over three years while working at the Texas Medical Center. It is so conveniently located that I walked and never needed to worry about parking, but I felt like it was truly home as well. My unit looked over the beautiful courtyard, garden, and pool area which were always well-maintained. Maintenance requests for my unit were always handled promptly as well, and I was very satisfied with the space, appliances, and amenities. Finally, the staff were... uniformly friendly, helpful, and professional. A special shoutout to Mari who always asked about my pet birds! I'm moving for work but if staying in Houston, I would never look for another place to live.

So far everyone has been nice and really helpful! The community is very quiet and not noisy, and the front desk is there for any questions or help. The only critique so far is that my apartment was a bit dusty when I moved in, so I have to deep clean.

I’ve really enjoyed my experience living here. The staff is friendly and responsive, and it’s clear they care about maintaining a comfortable community.
