The apartment community has been charging me for internet service that I have not had access to. Prior to these charges, I already had my own internet service that was working properly and meeting my needs. After the property’s internet program was implemented, I was billed for internet service that was never activated or made available to Apartment. As a result, I have been charged for a service I could not use while also losing access to the reliable internet service I previously maintained.

Living here has truly been a nightmare! The building has countless issues, too many to name but the biggest issue is the pest control and the cleanliness of the building.

Marissa was so helpful with our move-in application. She is so sweet & funny! Everything was easy & smooth, the view on Fannin.. amazing. Everybody is keeps to themselves but they’re all friendly even when you say a simple hello and goodbye.
