No noise at all, I am able to rest comfortably. No strange odors. Have met a couple of neighbours, all very nice. Love the parking, I walk out on my same floor. The people at the leasing office have been very helpfull.

Great experience so far! Location is the biggest factor, close to TMC so best for medical professionals, walking distance from kroger, target and restraunts. Super clean, nice and safe community.

Overall not bad apartments. The apartments is clean and quiet for the most part. Only complaints is thin walls, sketchy elevators (doesn’t always work and sometimes stall completely , while residents are using them), gates don’t always work and app doesn’t correlate with gate. No roaches or rodents or hidden fees

I am currently loving this resident place a lot. It is quiet, staff are very nice, safe. Although only thing is that I wish the maintaining staff could be a little bit more respnosive on requests.

amazing living and experience once moved in, although the process to move was a little difficult because it was rare that I could get anyone on the phone
