Mezzo Kirby is an okay place to live. The area is extremely convenient but the apartment could be much better. They don’t respond quickly, the elevator is broke every month, the gate will stop working every week and management barely does anything to bring the community together.

Not bad apartments to live in. The community is quiet and it’s a convenient area to live in. If I could change anything it would be a cleaner garage because there are so MANY spiders and spider webs all over the ceilings of the garage. Lastly, would be the cleanliness of the hallways could be improved. Residents leave their trash out all day or over the weekend which causes a lot of weird smells and stains on the hallway carpet.

The staff is very friendly and maintenance has done a great job responding to requests in a timely manner. Thankfully, we haven’t had any issues with either the floods or freeze the past two years we’ve lived here!

I’ve had a great experience living here. The community is quiet, clean, and well maintained. The neighbors are respectful and I feel safe day to day. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and the staff is friendly and professional. Overall it’s a comfortable place to live and I would recommend it.

I wish we are not using gas. It is very dangerous when residence not being careful and maintenance team not taking it seriously. In addition, maintenance is a bit a slow sometimes. Other than that, I love this apartment complex very much!
