Mezzo at Kirby is a great place to live. Very quiet laid back and nice. The only problem I have is the door on the 4th floor at the garage should be locked. Anyone can come in and that’s not good . Other than that it’s an amazing place if you want to live there.

Lots of maintenance issues, property unkept and disgusting! Half the amenities either don’t work, and or are run down. Staff is not very helpful and give excuses! Saftey is a huge issue. I’ve been billed for so many random charges/fees it’s ridiculous! 0/10 would never recommend!
