The staff has made me feel cared for and that they were excited for me to move in. They have been very responsive with concerns and communicated well. I understand there may be components of getting the gates/door locks fixed that is out of their control. I appreciate everything else and how joyful and upbeat they are too. Very professional, caring, and thoughtful.

I have been a resident for 9 years, and for the past 4 years or so, livability and satisfaction have declined dramatically. Maintenance of the exterior spaces has declined, and maintenance response times have extended to several days or longer. The removal of the Amazon Hub from the mailroom area in favor of a package room located in the front lobby has made package retrieval very inconvenient. The forced use of phone app-based access to both the property and the package room is inconvenient and... inconsistent, as well as presents a hazard to senior citizens.

The package room and updated access control system were implemented as community-wide upgrades intended to improve package management, delivery security, and property access for residents. We recognize that individual preferences and needs may vary, and we appreciate your feedback regarding these changes. As discussed previously in an email, if you believe the current access system creates a barrier due to a disability or medical condition, we encourage you to submit a reasonable accommodation request so that it can be reviewed through the appropriate process. Over the past several months, we have worked to rebuild and strengthen our onsite service team, and we are pleased to be fully staffed with a complete service team. The location is really nice. Your in walking distance to many things. I like the view from my apartment on the fourth floor. The gym area is much larger than most apartments.
