This apartment is very close to the highways, grocery stores, cafes, restaurants. It's quiet. Very helpful staff. We are getting a newly renovated gym. Would like to have recycling bins around the community to reduce waste. I've liked my experience here so far!

I’ve been living at Plaza at Westchase not so long but overall it’s a nice community. The staff is friendly and maintenance is usually quick to respond. The area feels safe and quiet, and the location is very convenient close to stores and restaurants.
The only issue is parking. It’s always hard to find a good spot, especially in the evenings. If they improve that, this place would easily deserve five stars.
