Plaza at Westchace has been good to me. Exceptional office staff. Good maintenance team. Nice updated gym. Excellent location and right near everything you need. The only thing that is missing is a play area for the kids.

I moved from Baton Rouge to Houston as part of my job and Plaza@Westchase was the best option near my office after visiting a few others in the neighborhood. There were several other reasons for my choice besides proximity to my office or location, like the size of the apartment, cleanliness, competitive rent, facilities and last but not the least, the excellent behavior and professionalism demonstrated by both the leasing and the maintenance teams.

Good place to call home.. a truly great community. Only issue is that the swimming pool gates are really loud all times of the day and night.

Living here has been a solid experience overall. The property is well maintained, and the common areas are usually clean and taken care of.
