This living experience feels like vacation everyday! The property is quiet and super pet friendly. All of the staff has been attentive, cordial and understanding as I navigate my first apartment rental in 16 years. I am grateful for all of the assistance I have received to make me feel welcomed.

The apartments themselves are modern and stylish, with high ceilings, large windows, and open layouts that make the space feel bright and airy. I especially appreciate the polished concrete floors and industrial loft vibe, which give the place a unique character. The amenities are solid, too—the pool and fitness center are well-kept, and the package lockers make receiving deliveries hassle-free.
Management and maintenance have been responsive and helpful. Any minor issues I had when moving in... were addressed quickly, which was a relief. One thing to note is that parking can get a bit tight during peak hours, and you can occasionally hear your neighbors, but that’s pretty typical for loft-style living.
If you’re looking for a modern apartment in a convenient Houston location with a true loft feel, Sawyer Heights Lofts is a great choice. I’d definitely recommend checking it out if you want a mix of city living and comfort.

I have enjoyed it so far! The staff is very nice and welcoming all around! It is clean and quiet! The gym could be better with towels and such though but it is good

We do have towels available, but you're right they can sometimes run low when not returned to the designated bins.
