Somerset is a very peaceful place to live,there's is very good police presence hardly any crime occurs,the residents r peaceful & there's no loud music in the parking lot VERY PEACEFUL COMMUNITY

It's a good place. Pretty decent apartments and the ladies in the leasing office are very nice and always willing to help. They just need to improve the community rules

Somerset could be better but it works with what it got. Due to friendly and understanding staff like Alejandra is the reason I'm still there. I understand they can't control the outside world so yeah.

The management team, especially Dorys, is fantastic, they were able to get me moved in in an extremely short amount of time, and were VERY helpful during the move in and after move in processes!
And while the properties themselves are a bit on the older side, I haven't had any issues with bugs or maintenance since moving in.
