Warning

Cats, cat food, flies, gnats, homeless folks, dog poop, trash, walmart shopping carts, and overflowing dumpsters. Roaches on porches and patios. Most reviews mention roaches inside units. My vehicle was keyed by a neighbor/resident. My vehicle was vandalized twice here. Office staff speak extremely rude to residents. Office staff lies alot. Under new management 4 times in less than 4 years. Regardless of lease mngrs make new rules and fees

It’s alright

I’ve only been here for a week and already seen roaches & gnats. There’s also poop all in the grass and cats everywhere which makes it stink real bad.
