I have had innumerable amount of maintenance/ safety issues. Several robberies happened here and the neighbors never sleep. The office once gave me someones mailbox key to go check into their mailbox on my own as if thats not illegal. Disorganized. The office is hard to get ahold of. Traffic is horrible because people are outside up and down the street selling foods. The residents who arent supposed to be there are always breaking the gate so its not secured. This apartment complex is terrible and the people who run it are absolute garbage. I have only been here a month and there was already so much I had to deal with. My apartment was not even ready on my move-in date, they have roaches, they don;t live up to their promises, their phone is never working, and they have yet to come fix the issues that I have reported for the past month. DO NOT MOVE, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

This place is horrible, mainly because management has no idea what they are doing and don’t care. NO HOT WATER FOR WEEKS. Gates don’t work, poor security, car been broken into. Maintenance request never resolved. This place is ABSOLUTE TRASH.
