Virage

I’m loving my new apartment so far! One of the main reasons I chose this location was the view and how close it is to the parks, since I love to go running. The staff have been super friendly and welcoming too.

my moving process was very easy! thanks to jerry, i find this community very kind and leasing staff has been very helpful through out my move

Jerry at the leasing office has been incredibly helpful throughout the move in process and is quick to help with whatever situation comes up.

Overall, my experience here at the Virage has been wonderful. The community is clean and quiet. My maintenance request was completed by Hugo. He did a fabulous job. He responded fast and was able to get the job done.

Hello apartment seekers!

I recently moved back to Virage Apartments after having previously lived here in 2018. At that time, the property and management team were absolutely amazing—which is honestly a big part of why I decided to return.

So far, I’m giving this experience a fair and balanced review and will continue to share updates as I settle back in.

Within my first 30 days, I did have to submit several work orders. The good news is that those issues were addressed in a timely manner,... which I do appreciate.

That said, while this property may not be the newest community in the area, that should not be a major issue if the units are properly maintained, thoroughly turned, cleaned, sanitized, and refreshed between residents. For many renters, that level of readiness and care matters just as much—if not more—than whether a property is brand new.

I’m hopeful that my return experience will continue in a positive direction, and I plan to come back and provide another update in the next 30 days.
