My experience at Waterwall has been amazing for almost two wonderful years. The staff was always exceptional at meeting your needs. I also enjoyed the many onsite activities. My only recommendation is that the interior get some serious TLC. Otherwise I have no complaints and would definitely suggest this property.

Amazing location and very nice staff. We have been in this building since 2021 and have always enjoyed living here. Unfortunately, over the last few months, things have changed. Maintenance—especially the elevators, and the overall cleanliness of the building have declined.

We truly hope things will improve and return to the standard they used to be, because we really like this building and appreciate the great experience we had before.
