Part of living here is finding fresh dog poop in the elevator and listening to the sound of loud car mufflers at all hours, day and night. No office staff on Sundays at this "luxury" apartment complex. We pay a mandatory amenity fee of $75 every month, even though several amenities don't work half the time.

My lease is ending at the end of this month and I have had a good experience living here. The only issue is as of late the leasing office is understaffed and unable to handle issues within the building in a timely manner.
