I’ve been here for over two years and I’m really happy! Nothing beats the convince of living walking distance from work. No traffic to deal with. The apartments are super nice, clean, safe and the neighbors are mostly friendly and respectful. I’d definitely recommend WaterWall apartments to anyone.

Living here for about 8 months and can say its been great so far. Some neighbors are friendly others keep to themselves. Parking garage is a concern cause people will speed to either get in or out, so have to be real attentive of your surroundings to avoid any collisions. Amenities so far have been great. Concierge and Staff are polite as always. Only have 2 issues so far which is lack of communication from Maintenance and cars parked in front of the building. I had a work order submitted asking... for someone to call before coming by to take a look at an issue with an air bubble in the floorboard. Maintenance came by 3 times before they cancelled the work order, I had recently gotten surgery and wasn't able to let anyone in because they showed up without making an appointment. The other thing is drivers out front will cause a build up cause people are looking to park out front for the waterwall. Sometimes its a hassle just to get in the building because people are parked.

I like the area, the building, the facility, the unit I’m renting. I was not happy that Greystar removed my employee discount, and unfortunately I cannot say that the management of the building handled my case well (mainly I was affected by the communication, and proactive support, even thought I reached them out proactively)

Part of living here is finding fresh dog poop in the elevator and listening to the sound of loud car mufflers at all hours, day and night. No office staff on Sundays at this "luxury" apartment complex. We pay a mandatory amenity fee of $75 every month, even though several amenities don't work half the time.
