Free parking is available to all guests in the garage and on the driveway. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest.

No parties or events are allowed. Pet arrangements should be discussed in advance and only house-trained pets are allowed. Pet cleaning fees apply. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. The fireplace is gas-operated and should not be left unattended. Towels are provided, but guests are welcome to bring their own pool towels. A laptop computer is not included in the home office set-up.
