Pets are welcome with a $150 per pet per stay fee. Please register your pets in the reservation and pick up any waste, particularly from the backyard. An additional nightly rate applies for 7+ guests, with a fee of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The fourth and fifth bedrooms will be opened for groups of 8+ and 10+ guests respectively. All smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. These cameras record 24/7, with no cameras inside the house. Any violation of house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund and loss of any security deposit. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 9:00. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. onwards, and check-out is at 10 a.m. max. Unregistered guests are not allowed, and extra guests spending the night that are not accounted for could generate extra fees. All cars must be parked in the property’s garage or driveway, as street parking is strictly forbidden. House-trained pets are allowed with a $100 fee per pet, added to the reservation’s nightly rate.
