Do not recommend take a full tour before you sign your lease and make sure the apartment is ready and up to par. You should not move in and have to clean and do all the things that I had to do.

I’ve really enjoyed living here! The location is one of the best parts, with several places within walking distance and nice sidewalks that make getting around really convenient. The community is quiet, family-friendly, and the amenities are great. The apartments are in great condition, and the townhomes in the back have a beautiful view of the waterway. The maintenance team is also wonderful—always helpful and responsive. Overall, it’s been a great place to live!

I love it here. I did my research. This apartment is located within walking distance to the library, farmer's market, and restaurants. It has two pools, so no over crowding. The apartment is high end, with a great lay out, and a reasonable price. I'm happy to call this home.
