The leasing office and the fitness center are very nice and the staff is nice I also love the activities the have during the holidays but I gave 3 stars because the apartment we are in is lipsticks together. The cabinets and contertops are deteriorating and have a few layers of paint on them and the tub and shower walls are also painted in which the paint is beginning to peel.

Staff is friendly . Very peaceful and quiet. Staff sends emails and text messages to keep residents informed . Landscaping needs to be upgraded. Maintenance is slow about getting work orders done.

Overall the apartment complex has been good to me and I have not really had many issues. I moved here because of the apartment gym, but over time it has declined in quality. Equipment needs replacement and others need to be upgraded. Last year when management changed they instated "amenity fees" and nearly doubled the cost of valet trash. The gym has not gotten any new equipment (despite requesting multiple times), nothing has been repaired, and my trash is often not collected when it is put out... . Maintenance quality has gone down for apartments as well. I had to clean my own apartment when I moved it, opened several service tickets which included drawers (that have still not been fixed) and my front door. The locks are not even with the door which makes closing/locking the door frustrating and I was told "you're just going to have to push/pull it to lock the door". Overall a decent place to live, but can definitely be improved.

I am very happy with my experience here and see if he waterfront especially with the management here at the office our manager is very involved in the community and it's enjoyable to be able to join my neighbors during the holidays at dinners that the administration puts on and things like that especially for those of us that are single
