My degree in Architecture and a Masters in Landscape Architecture (Univ of MN), which I practiced in NY City gave me a lot of experience with clients before I jumped into Real estate. This background lends me a significant edge, whether it is showing, listing or helping to decipher the health of a home during inspections. I have designed homes, gardens and also remodeled several properties over the years. I am well-versed in terms of materials, helping many clients even after closings to get things done. I am also a watercolor artist and have been a signature member of watercolor societies, have taught students of all ages and sold artwork professionally. This visual perspective helps me greatly in guiding my clients, whether it’s selecting their home, staging my listings aesthetically or negotiating for the correct value of the property.
