The Barrow staff is very helpful in solving problems and resident concerns. The moving process was challenging, because of the change in a management company taking over. The Barrow team got it taken care of.

Front office treats you like a number, not a person

Sorry apartments. We have been without hot water, what will be five days at the earliest when it is fixed. That is not how you were supposed to treat your residents.
