Unfortunately, my experience with VERO McKinney has been very disappointing. Maintenance and resident concerns are not handled in a timely or organized manner, even when the issue is described as urgent. Communication is inconsistent, and residents often have to follow up multiple times just to receive a basic response.

There also seems to be frequent turnover and constant changes in the management team, which has created confusion and a lack of accountability. Every time management changes,... residents have to explain the same problems again, and previously reported issues are easily forgotten or left unresolved.

The property may look nice, but reliable management and timely service are much more important. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this community unless the management structure and response process improve significantly. Read More

It’s been an amazing experience from the beginning. The staff here is amazing and the complex is beautiful. I highly recommend scheduling a tour if you’re curious.

You get a real sense of family here with the warm greetings every time you pass someone in the hallway. When I get off work, Robert always waves at me from across the parking lot. Meeting Hannah was a delight; she greeted me with a big smile.

Amanda is awesome! I love her so much, and her kindness will surely take her and her team far.
