I moved into [Apartment Name] on [date], and my experience has unfortunately been a nightmare. My unit was not ready at move-in — there were holes in the floor, broken fixtures, and nothing felt move-in ready.

Things got worse when, on my second night, my entire apartment flooded because the washer/dryer installation was done improperly — a hose wasn’t connected, and I unknowingly washed clothes, assuming everything was set up correctly. Looks can be deceiving. These apartments appear breathtaking, but the reality is far from it. As a tenant, you are charged monthly for pest control, yet you must call for service to have your unit treated. In contrast, every place I have lived prior, the management took responsibility for pest control and treated every unit, which was included in the rent. Here, there is a severe roach infestation. It's horrible and no matter what you do, roaches will still be present. I''m only writing this because I saw some of the recent reviews are 5-star. But this is far from the truth and I believe they're fake reviews. The owners will find any means to charge you extra on every little thing. They'll use the lease agreement - which is vague - to suck every penny out of you. Thank me later or "I told you so".

The property is landscaped beautifully. We were greeted by a lady named Deborah We walked around to view an apartment. Was happily surprised that these apartments are Very clean.
