Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort are not allowed. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Pets should be discussed in advance and kept off beds and furniture; pet cleaning fees apply. The nightly rate includes the first six guests and with each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied. The fireplace is wood burning and for safety reasons, wood is not provided and guests are asked to refrain from using it without previously arranged, written approval. No street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations.
