Free parking is available, with a double garage and space on the driveway. Our nightly rate includes the first six guests, with each additional guest incurring a $29/night fee. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay).

Parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort are not allowed. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations. For safety reasons, guests should refrain from using the wood-burning fireplace without previously arranged, written approval.
