The property is clean and quiet, with a responsive staff. Any needed repairs are performed quickly and correctly. Good amenities and close to every type of shopping you could ever want. Very close to medical care. Convenient commute to the Medical Center and downtown.

I love the neighborhood and the convenience of being close to shopping areas, I just think management can do a better job with maintaining property. I also think tenants can do a better job cleaning up behind themselves.

Has been a nice experience so far within the last 10 months. Maintenance is fast, although communication can improve. The amenities have been kept clean and up to par. They fixed my floors when I needed them to. I recommend.
