The Dr. Pepper StarCenter ice rink is 20 minutes away, and Sherrill Park Golf Course and the Eisemann Center are both just 10 minutes away. You'll be a 7-minute drive from Chinatown and 14 minutes from The Galleria Dallas. Several amazing parks are just 10 minutes away, including Cottonwood Park, Prairie Creek Park, and Spring Creek Trail and Nature Center.
Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.
