Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. Parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort are not allowed. The nightly rate includes the first six guests, and with each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.
