Worst place i have ever lived. Do not ignore any 1 or 2 star reviews you find online. It is all very true. Rude and lazy office that lacks any kind of follow through. The indoor and outdoor bugs are intense high numbers. 14 month lease and pest control only came out once. The HVAC is so old my electricity bills were $160-$500. Everywhere else I have lived my bills range from $50-$110
Heed the warnings.

We moved in a year ago and had a couple issues with huge roaches as well as ants. In addition, the buildings are poorly marked and the gates do not open internally, which I’ve never seen in a complex before. Sadly though, the largest problem was moving OUT of the complex. Having a family of 5, we spent a good bit of time cleaning and trying to fix a few places where furniture had scratched the walls. We thought we would at least get a bit of our deposit back, but instead we were charged over... $600 for damages. We were told a couple of kitchen appliances were dirty so we were charged for an “extreme clean” and additionally because of some of the places on the wall, they decided to go ahead and do a “full paint” for the ENTIRE apartment (???) After the “upgrades” they did, which included a totally cheap flooring as well as shower resurfacing, we were charged for items such as our bathroom tile peeling... but I was told had I called and mentioned it to them, I wouldn’t have been charged.
These people are happy to make a buck anywhere they can apparently and will stretch the truth to get it. This, on top of the other issues with bugs and some minor annoyances cause me to have to write a review warning others that you may just want to find somewhere else to live...unless you want to be blindsided like we were.
Location is good...that’s about all I’ve got.
