this place i saw seems nice and the people are friendly and respectful

Do Not live here! There was a robbery and the attendants did nothing to help with the situation. They looked scared their selves. Also management will tell you this is a non violent apartment complex. When clearly it is not.

I used to live there and it took forever for management to repair my ac, I had reported it in feb and they didn’t fix it until October, not only that but they had bedbugs, my entire bedroom was infested and I had to throw out everything, then they made their way into the living room as well, management didn’t do anything about it

This place is a mess. The staff is horrible on their dutys. Roaches are everywhere you turn and the police harass you all day and night. Be prepared for leaks and chipped paint

****DO NOT RENT HERE**** THEY TRICK YOU INTO SIGNING A BED BUG ADDENDUM THEY ARE INFESTED WITH BED BUGS AND YOU CAN REPORT THEM TO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT LIKE EVERYONE ELSE BUT THEY ARE PROTECTED BY THE ADDENDUM IT BECOMES YOUR FAULT FOR MOVING HERE WITHOUT NOTICING THEM IN YOUR AC VENTS, WALLS AND CARPET ??
