No pool for your hot summer notoriously it is closed during the hot summer months. The club house isn’t worth calling an amenity and it’s not a club house at all it’s a run down extension of the office with nothing to offer. The gym is so sad and so outdated. If more than two people are working it it’s crowded.
Location is good! This property has curb appeal but don’t let that fool you. Office staff is all likable.

The leasing agents Carlos and Kristi are very helpful and professional, the gym, pool, clubhouse, and business center are all very well kept and clean, and I love the open floor plan, tall ceilings, huge bathroom tub, and the beautiful trees outside my patio. My only two complaints are that I sometimes smell nicotine coming through my vents, and the front porch could use some pressure washing.
