The office staff is nice. However, the turnaround time for maintenance to respond is horrible due to them having to outsource their work. I have been waiting since October for work to be done.

I have lived in several units in this complex, but this most recent move was the worst. I make sure everything is good and they have people come to see if the unit is good to transfer but that did not seem to apply to the whoever maintains the units. As soon as I moved into the other apartment there were problems. There were appliances that needed replacing and roaches that needed to be dealt with. Work is being done but shouldn't this be taking care of before it being occupied.
