Mostly a good experience. Great location. . Management isn’t keeping things repaired very well. Security, fire control, and pet waste are top issues.

Been two years, The place is wonderful the people are friendly. Maintenance is exceptional. Views and location. Property is centrally located and shops are all in walking distance.

Love the location and the management team is great.
Apartments do need updating which I believe is happening as units turn over.
My biggest complaint is Artessa is advertised as luxury urban living with expansive views of the Quarry golf course. Unfortunately there is a tree blocking 80 percent of our view of what should be an incredible view of the Quarry back nine. Management says they can’t trim/top the tree. We are in our 5th year here and the tree continues to grow and obstruct more and... more of our view.

Artessa is a nice, quiet community. Our apartment feels like a HOME - it’s not what you typically think of an apartment as.
The central location and walkability is fantastic!
The office staff is very responsive and easy to work with.
The maintenance staff is friendly and quick. They are very timely in answering requests.
We are going on year 3 here and are very satisfied.
