The experience at this community has been positive. The property is well maintained, and maintenance requests are handled in a timely and professional manner. Communication has been consistent, and the overall environment is comfortable and well organized.

Denisse, Kat and the maintenance staff at Wiregrass at Stone Oak deserve all 5 stars! Denisse is outstanding—caring, and always ready to assist. The maintenance team (Sean, Darrion, and James) is responsive, knowledgeable, and so dependable. Every work order is handled quickly and correctly. Their teamwork truly makes this community feel like home. Highly recommended!

Denisse has been absolutely amazing! Her professionalism and customer care are top-tier! She goes above and beyond for all of her residents. I spoke with several residents as they walked near the office/clubhouse, and they spoke very highly of her, their experience within the Wiregrass Community, and added that they would DEFINITELY be signing another 12-month lease.
Additionally, the other staff here are very friendly and helpful. I had several short interactions with them, and I felt very... welcome.
Lastly, their maintenance is quick at getting to work orders.

I have been in my apartment around 6 months. I also lived here 7 years ago. The first time I moved here Denise was my leasing agent and now 7 years later she is the assistant manager. I have to say that she has always been so kind and friendly and anytime I’ve had any questions or concerns, she’s always been quick to respond. I have enjoyed living here this time as much as I did the first time.
