I've been living here for about five months, and my experience has been very positive. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained. The management team has been friendly, professional, and responsive whenever I've had questions or needed assistance.
Maintenance requests have been handled promptly, and the common areas are kept in great condition. I also appreciate that the property feels safe and that the neighbors are respectful.
Overall, it's been a great place to live, and I'm happy... with my decision to move here. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed apartment.

I love my time here at Broadstone on medical. The office staff is excellent. They recognize the issues. Every month, they organize something fun for the residents. The place is clean and well-maintained. The pool is spotless. The maintenance staff is great. They go above and beyond to assist us. They are always available to help, even on weekends. Overall, I enjoy staying here and consider this place my home.
