Its a quiet place to live, but the breezeways are filthy, the communication is very poor with the office, and they take very little initiative with overall amenity maintenance.

Loved living here for several years! It’s safe and mostly quiet. Maintenance is fast and easy. Very few issues. Parking can be tough late at night and the office staff is sometimes not the best at communicating. Otherwise a really good place to live!

Dalian has provided a comfortable living situation for me. I enjoy the facility and amenities, I enjoy the quiet and the trees and grass and the pool and the ease of having a washer and dryer in the apartment. I also enjoy watching happy pets and children playing in the parking lots. I worry about the speed some drivers take while entering the parking lots. Thank you.

Overall great experience. No issues with neighbors, community isn’t rowdy, front gates always work, pool and dog park is always cleaned, staff is approachable and nice. Would like to see landscapers do a little bit more keeping side walks and breezeways cleaned throughout all buildings.
