I had an issue with my dish washer and Omar was able to help find a quick solution and turn around time!
My Work orders are always taken care of in a timely fashion and communication is always been very informative of any delays. The team here is great, and i definitely recommend this place to people.

I’ve had a great experience living at Dalian 151. The community is gated, which helps me feel safe and comfortable. The property is well maintained, and the apartments are spacious and modern. It’s also in a convenient location with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home!

Es una comunidad comoda y area accessible tanto como para supermercado ,Hospitales y autopista entre otros ,solo se necesita mantener la limpieza al dia en pasillos y area de basura y cada residente que sea responsable del escremento de su animales y mal olor de orine de perro en cada Entrada de los bulding pero todo lo demas genial también deberian de permits access mas accessible para los residente que deseen jugar billar en sus días weekend ya en la tarde al menos acceso para eso es mi... sugerencia

I wish I knew more of the neighbors. An international potluck dinner would be nice for getting to know them. The grab and go breakfasts have been nice and so were the food trucks
