Community has gone downhill. To much change of management still don’t even know who is running the place. Every time I have issues it feels
Like they always want to blame you. Glad to be leaving this crappy place.

Overall, the community is peaceful, and Building 10 has great neighbors. However, communication from management needs significant improvement. Notices are often sent with very short notice, and emails go unanswered—I’ve had to visit the office in person to resolve even simple questions. Attempts to reach out via the portal or direct email have never received a response, which makes reciprocal communication difficult.
Maintenance requests are not handled promptly, and on several occasions, my... requests were marked as “closed” without any work being done. No explanation was provided, and I had to resubmit the same request. Greater transparency and follow-through would make a big difference.
