Great complex. I really enjoy the amenities, such as the pool, bbq areas, and especially the fitness center. The apartments are nice and spacious as well.

Apartment needs a few types of attention and hopefully they get taken care of quickly.
The staff was a bit friendlier, but when Janelle left, we felt a bit more like a burden than new residents to the office staff. It has been quiet for the most part with the exception of the upstairs neighbor. I’m assuming 4:30am is either work time or arrival. It’s the only time they wake us up with their stomping. So ear plugs it will be. Otherwise, after our first week there, it has been a good move for us... seniors.

The leasing office staff needs to improve customer service, treat residents with respect, and communicate in a timely manner.

A couple of staff members were plain rude and unwilling to understand and speak through the situation. They went straight to judgment and side comments.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with Dalian Monterrey Village. The apartments may not be the most modern, but they offer excellent value for the price. I love the layout, the location is great, and the community is quiet and peaceful. My only disappointment has been the extended pool closure since we moved in, as it was one of the reasons we chose this property. Other than that, I've had a positive experience and enjoy living here.
