Hidden Lake Apartments

After 5 months of living here, do not move in here. One of the first maintenance request i made moving in here 5 months ago still remain unresolved, they promised last month they would send someone over but they ghosted me and did nothing. every time i make a request to fix my toilet they mark it as resolved but it still broken.good luck trying to call the office because they work answer. the gates have been broken long before i moved in, residents complain about months of having mold, bugs,... and/or broken AC units in the summer. At first they let you believe it's an under staffing issue, but they aren't hiring (i've checked multiple times), they are just lazy as can be. Also good luck trying to drive anywhere when it's raining, because you are stuck in a flood zone. Lastly, they have a contract with Spectrum to make them the exclusive internet provider, so good luck if you want actual good internet. Read More

DO NOT MOVE HERE . I have had my lights on my truck stolen 3 times, a guy who jumped on my balcony that I had to scare away. They boast about a security officer that you will never see. They don't send out emails that cars are being broken into. Several people in my building have moved out because of safety concens. The gates have been broken for a year almost. I can't wait to move. I tried asking to terminate lease of course not because money matters over life. They have no cameras its... extremely dark at night. I have my own cameras for the parking lot. The plumbing is bad, tubs old and my base rent was $1365 now Im closer to $1650 with all the extra charges. Moving here has cost me over $10k in damages to my vehicles and my insurance rates are high do to all the claims I have made living here in what they say is a nice gated communitu with a security officer. All they care about is $ and do nothing to help except so sorry not sorry. There are better apartments than here. LOCKED IN LEASE. I GOT A FEW MONTHS AND WONDER WHAT I WILL FACE AND HOW MUCH IT WILL COST ME IN THE END. MY VEHICLES ARE NEW. NOT TO MENTION MY MUSTANG WAS HIT WHILE PARKED.SMH..keeps getting worse. Read More

The staff is incredible, always friendly and professional. I love the wooded area the private entrance. I feel safe living here.

I really enjoyed living here to start off the staff is amazing! They make communication accessible through all channels and do everything they can to accommodate you. Whenever I call if they don’t answer they make sure to call me back in a timely manner. I love how they respect us that’s really important to me.
I like how they curate events and have food trucks to bring the community together.
The area is clean and my neighbors and build in general is respectful.
Whenever there is an issue... maintenance takes care of it right away. The gym is always clean and all of the machines are up to date and work. The pool is clean as well. I love how this area is close to pretty much everything. Read More

Just moved in at the beginning of this month, and this has been by far one of the best moving experiences of my 20 years of renting! Great customer service! Amy was very knowledgeable and professional, and she and her team worked around our situations (timing, schedule...) to help us with our moving... Added to this, this place is amazing! The lake and surrounding trees make it a joy to relax and breath fresh air! (So glad that this is non-smoking community!)
