I get it, you're looking for half decent spot to call home. Let me convince you to keep looking. Valet trash? Nope. Never gets picked up and you cant opt out of their "valet trash". Wanna swim? Both pools were closed for the entirety of 2025. Wanna breathe fresh air? Nope, smells like snoop dogg is your neighbor. Want silence? Nope, your phone just went off. Why? Yet another spam looking email from the community manager telling residents they are going to inspect your apartment for the 6th time... this month. The company has recently ran off all of the good employees. We miss Nadia and the old maintenance team. Now, the pools are always disgusting. The maintenance takes *forever*. and the gates never work. Seriously. It's been months. If you are searching for a new home, keep searching. I remember when I was proud to call Walker Ranch my home.

Great location with a great staff. Always attentive to the service order requests and awesome amenities. Come be my neighbor.

I’ve lived at Walker Ranch Apartments for 10 years now and I find it a very comfortable place to live. The office staff are friendly. The maintenance staff are prompt and friendly. It’s centrally located. If I had a beef it would be that the people with pets don’t always pick up after their dogs. Otherwise, great place.

We moved out recently due to job relocation but most likely would have moved out regardless at the end of our lease, as whatever is going on with neighboring tenants and management has just gotten increasingly worse over the past year. The staff and maintenance themselves are very nice, but otherwise the state of the complex itself is increasingly dirty and disorganized while the rent climbs higher, as compared to when we first moved in three years ago.

Valet trash is unreliable and will just... drag trash bags through the halls and sometimes just not take them out and/or leave them on the outside curbs in the middle of summer, so the buildings stink and trash is littered all over the hallways. There's dog poop EVERYWHERE in grassy areas and on the sidewalks, it is unavoidable at this point. Both pools went uncleaned for so long during this summer that they were green and filled with leaves. The fitness center was half constantly closed and half "soon to be 24 hours," for the entire time we were there. One of our newer neighbors had audible domestic incidents happening practically every month.

When we moved out we were charged for anything possible and given vague reasons as to why; with the amount of other tenants we saw also moving out in the months before we did, management is losing money and doing whatever they can to make a cent back from any tenant that's getting out.
