I love living here. The office staff are absolutely wonderful and the maintenance is always so helpful. The amenities are great, staff are always bringing new things to our community, and it's so well kept.

Park at Stone Oak is overall a great place to live, often offering new residents many incentives and perks. Response times can be a bit slow from management regarding inquiries, but when they get back to you they typically are able to address it in full. Management will call you by name, which has always impressed me. Beautiful apartments, great appliances, but parking is becoming an issue due to capacity.

I have had multiple issue with my apartment since I moved in since November of last year with thermostat and HVAC issues, people parking in my covered parking spot and now issue with my dryer. I was very happy at first and now it seems like they will get to the issues when they do. I have asked for the part for my dryer and was told as of yesterday they don’t have an ETA on the specific part they needed to order. I would not recommend this property to anyone after my experience here and would... like to talk to someone in management.

Please understand that with new construction, you are the first person living there and things may malfunction. However, this is why we have maintenance who work to repair or contact warranty as needed to make sure that things are... corrected. With your dryer, the repair part was ordered but unfortunately back ordered and we are at the mercy of that being available in order to make the repair. Meanwhile, we did exchange your dryer and get you back in business as soon as possible. We always hope that residents will reach out to us before leaving a review without the full picture, but we appreciate your feedback & hope that we can do better in the future.

I absolutely love this property and my apartment is so cozy and modern. From the amenities, landscaping, and location ... everything has been perfect. I appreciate how kind and helpful the staff are and the fun events they host. I also appreciate how clean and quiet the property is!
