Preston Peak

I have been living at Preston Peak for 10 years now. When the new property team took over three years ago, things changed for the better. It has been by far the best three years ever. All of the staff are kind, greet you with a smile, always there to assist in anyway, and take care of any needs whether be administrative, grounds related or maintenance. I feel like they are all extended family. I love it here and would recommend this property to friends, family, coworkers and even strangers. The... neighbors are friendly, I feel safe and this is the place I call home. The property manager, Victoria, and all the remaining office staff, Monique, Liuva, Hayden and Gabrael always make me feel welcome and are there to answer any and all questions that I may have. The maintenance staff from the supervisor Justin, and all the rest of the staff, Sam, Mr. Hernandez, Blaze, Carlos, Josh, Vince, and Richard are always there at a moments notice to take care of all of my maintenance needs. The property is supported by a caring group of employees - Management and Office staff to the Maintenance staff. Amenities include: clubhouse, exercise room, two pools, tennis court, package lockers, assigned carport parking, and a dog "park". One of the features for which the property should be congratulated is scheduled clubhouse events. The events lead to improved "neighbor" relations similar to single-family living. Preston peak was a good place before the Maintainance and everything was pretty good, now they are careless to the tenants needs

I recently renewed my lease again, which will now make me be a resident here going on 10 years. This most recent staff and maintenance team since Greystar took over have been so incredible I wouldn’t change anything with any of the staff. They are all very helpful and make sure that has a resident. I am happy and taken care of. I love it here. I plan on staying here for many more years.
