Please beware before you move here. It’s not family friendly for children. People smoke drugs in their apartments and it can affect your children and your health.

My friend and I truly enjoy living here at the Roots! We've been here almost a month now. The staff here is very courteous and friendly. Krystine especially was and is very helpful, ensuring that our move in process was smooth, and to this day continues checking in and making sure we're good. We only had two minor things that needed to be fixed maintenance wise but the gentleman that came by was very helpful, courteous, efficient, and was in and out within 5 mins or so. It's been great living... here so far and I would highly recommend it!

I have lived at Roots at O'Connor for a little over 2 years and in a short amount of time I have seen tremendous improvement in the quality of life. Management is always on top of everything and addresses maintenance request as soon as possible. They even reach out to reassure things will be fixed if there is something preventing them from addressing it right away.
