I love my apartment and the community at Savannah Oaks. Just don't like the parking restrictions. My car was towed and my son's car was towed and it was extremely discerning. But other than that, everything is great.

I’ve had an amazing experience at Savannah Oak Apartments. The community is always clean, quiet, and feels genuinely well taken care of. The staff goes above and beyond—maintenance is quick, friendly, and actually fixes things the right way the first time. The office team is super helpful, communicates clearly, and you can tell they truly care about the residents.
The amenities are great, parking is easy, and the whole property has a comfortable, welcoming vibe. It honestly feels like home. If... you’re looking for a place that’s safe, well-managed, and stress-free, Savannah Oak is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!

My decision to sign our lease at Savannah Oaks was largely because of Mr. Alex. He truly listened and took into consideration my need for privacy and a peaceful living environment. His professionalism, patience, and attention to detail far exceeded every expectation. Because of the care and respect he showed throughout the entire process, we felt confident and supported in choosing this community.

The staff are very nice and professional. Maintenance is very quick to respond to concerns. The community is very clean and quiet. This is a hidden gem.
