I recently moved into the Highline and it’s been such a great experience living here! The move was super easy, and the management and maintenance team has gone above and beyond in helping make my apartment perfect! I really appreciate their attention to detail in getting the apartment ready for me to move in, and their constant support!

4-Year Resident — Unsafe and Unlivable

I’ve lived here for 4 years, and conditions have gotten unacceptable. The roach infestation has been ongoing for months despite repeated requests for follow-up treatments. Most recently, my AC broke during 90–100° heat. Management refused to fix it due to a “warranty” and left my apartment at 90° inside with only a tiny portable unit — completely inadequate for Texas weather. My dog was left in dangerous conditions, risking heat stroke.

These are serious health hazards, and nothing is being...
resolved. After 4 years as a loyal tenant, I can’t recommend living here until management takes real action.

When I have a maintenance issue it is taken care of quickly. If the issue needs someone else to do the repair, they work around my work schedule, because I work at home.

Happy Resident

I’ve been living here for some time now, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The apartment is spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. It’s also wonderfully quiet at night, which makes for a peaceful living experience. My neighbors are friendly and respectful, which adds to the overall welcoming atmosphere. I really enjoy having access to the 24-hour fitness center—it’s convenient and helps me stay on top of my health goals. Plus, the Amazon package delivery service is a... great perk that I use all the time! The staff here is always friendly and responsive, which makes things even better. The location is fantastic, right off I-10 and 1604, making commuting a breeze. Highly recommend!
