the sterling at oak hills is by far the most amazing community. they helped us in a desperate time of need and helped us escape a terrible living situation. i’ve never been more grateful for the leasing team for helping me even through one of the toughest times of my life, even listening to me vent. i’m forever in debt to them.

Beware! Property Unsafe! No Sense of Security!

Greystar has managed this property since early 2025. Recently the property has declined in appearance and personal safety. The addition of recent tenants has brought about a dangerous, criminal element. There is no longer on site secuirity. Look elsewhere.

Nice Unit, But EV Chargers Broken and Hallways Need Work

I’ve been living here for a few months. My unit is clean and in good shape, and the apartment itself is comfortable.

But there are big issues. The EV chargers have been broken for over a month, with no clear timeline for repairs. A staff member even told me they were fixed when they weren’t, which was frustrating, especially since the chargers were a big reason I signed my lease.

Also, the hallways could use more frequent cleaning, especially with all the bird nests that can’t be removed,... leaving messes in common areas.

If you don’t need an EV charger and can overlook some maintenance issues, this place might work. Otherwise, be cautious.

That said, we truly regret the inconvenience you've experienced with the EV... chargers and the hallway cleanliness. We understand how frustrating it is, especially when a key amenity like EV charging was part of your leasing decision. We're currently working with our vendor on a long-term solution for the chargers and will make sure updates are communicated more clearly going forward. Regarding the common areas, you're right, the bird-related mess is a known challenge this time of year, and we’re reviewing our cleaning schedule to better address it.
