Tampering with these devices will result in a $150 fine. Guests are required to complete a guest sign-in form and background check. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and may incur a fee of $20 for a 2pm check-in, at the host's discretion. Late checkouts must be approved and may incur a fee of $25 for a 1pm checkout or $35 for a same-day request. Parking is limited to 3 cars maximum, and guests must only park in the driveway or on the street directly in front of the house, without blocking anyone else's driveway. Guests are not allowed to order mail/packages to this location. Communication with neighbors/landlord is prohibited; all communication must be through the booking platform. Each stay is allowed 2 bags of trash inside the unit; each additional bag is a $25 charge. Trash day is Tuesday morning, and guests are asked to move the trashcan out on Monday evening. For stays of 7 days or more, starting sets for consumables and toiletries are provided, but guests are responsible for acquiring more. Guests of mid/long-term stays are also responsible for moving the trash can for trash day. Clean towels may be found drying in the dryer. Laundry detergent is not provided. Normal stains and wear and tear on linens and towels are expected.
