Gaby was great

I had an outstanding experience working with Gaby. She was incredibly sweet, professional, and made the entire process quick and easy. What impressed me most was her communication and dedication she followed up with updates regularly and always followed through on everything she said she would do.

I truly appreciate all of her help and support. She genuinely cares about her clients, which is something that has become rare these days. Her kindness, attention to detail, and commitment to...
providing excellent service made a stressful process much easier. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who is knowledgeable, dependable, and truly cares.

DONT MOVE HERE

Please read all the reviews!!!! They have the worst A/C here year after year and almost all year long. Like another tenant mentioned, they literally do not care about anyone. My apartment went 3 months without air and all they could do is give me a window unit after telling me they fixed it and then had to “order a part” just for it to be fixed and the happened again after they “fixed it.” They also had to replace my fridge twice! They both went out due to malfunction and no longer cooling. All... they did was gave me a mini fridge after I had just gone grocery shopping and I couldn’t even fit all my groceries in it bc they had to, AGAIN, ORDER another one since the first the one was from another apartment. None of them were the same brand and I was supposed to have an ice maker and never got one so I had to buy ice trays or buy a stand-alone ice maker just to have cold drinks. My apartment was so incomplete when I got here. Not only was the air messed up when I first arrived but my fire detector was hanging from the ceiling, still had some tape on the walls, the fridge itself was literally leaning into the wash room and the towel rack was hanging.

No No No No No No No

Nice when you first move in because they paint over everything to make it look clean. Like the soap dish in the bathtub-they painted that. They also painted the sprinklers. Think about that. The new management is better than the old, but still not good. They also will keep your whole deposit for things you did not do to the apartment-like the window’s cracking because of a foundation issue you can see from the outside. The stairs are held together by a metal bar but the two sections of... stairs don’t match up, there’s a big drop. Seems not very safe. There have been shootings here, they tow if you don’t report a car that stays “too long”. They did not even have smoke detectors in my apartment, but then kept the deposit. Glad that we never had a fire because lots of people would be dead due to the managements negligence. Makes total sense that they don’t keep up their half of the rental agreement but they make sure you pay them extra. Do NOT rent here

80+ degree apartments and management doesn't care

The apartment seemed OK at first... until summer came around. The AC is running 24/7 and my apartment is 82 degrees while its 95 outside. In the morning with the AC running all night I wake up to a 75 degree apartment. I've put in several service requests and maintenance is clueless and just say it's working as it should, to deal with it, and buy a fan.

There's also trash everywhere, they only have one trash dumpster and it's on the complete other side of the complex in the corner. However...
they have recycle dumps everywhere, so guess where people throw their trash? In the recycle dumps... then the recycle trucks refuse to take them because there is obviously trash in them. So what does management do? They put a second recycle bin next to it and that fills up with trash too, it's been sitting there piling up for months.

Can't wait to move out.

Awful Management

Stay the hell away from this place, it has become an absolute nightmare to live here. It used to be a nice peaceful community until RPM management came in and ruined the place. Say goodbye to ever getting any sleep since the neighbors want to play their music on full blast for hours on into the night. The bass from the music literally shakes the building, and no amount of earplugs or white noise cancels it out. Even after multiple complaints and calling the police, nothing ever gets done about... the noise. I can never get a hold of the property manager. The office is always locked when I try to go talk to them (shocker) even during opening hours. Good luck calling them too, no one ever answers the phone, the voicemail is always full, or the call just straight up won’t go through. Trying to email the property manager is a pain as well since the manager is always changing and we never know who to contact anymore. Plus we keep getting double charged on rent and we keep having to pay an extra $200 over what was agreed on the lease. Has this issue been resolved? Not at all, since no one ever wants to respond to us. The hot water in our apartment runs this awful disgusting murky water. The maintenance guy came in, took a look, left, and never returned to fix the issue. Also, surprise, your water will randomly get turned off for days at a time with no notice, and if you want to try to call the emergency maintenance number you’ll get nothing. I’ve never had a worse living experience in any apartment complex I’ve been in. I wouldn’t touch this place with a 10 foot pole.
