Parc at Wylie

As a prospective resident from out of town it has been a nightmare. One day the phone lines are down due to internet another day the staff is out due to covid, theres only 1 agent? They have no support for online leasing which is surprising as not everyone is local. If you are from out of town find another apartment this one makes its absolutely difficult. No consideration for the hardship it causes as you only have a moving truck for 2 days so closing for 5 days feels unfair

I have been here a month and I absolutely love living here. The staff is friendly and they will be able to solve your problem as quickly as possible. The staff will immediately email you back with any questions that you have and the grounds are kept clean. The maintenance crew is great and will leave a note when they visit your apartment. I had my A/C worked on and they were able to fix it in a decent amount of time. The apartments are incredibly quiet when you are inside the apartment. I hardly... hear my neighbors, it's amazing! I have people over and they are shocked at how quiet it is in my apartment. I am very happy to be living here and I plan on living here for a long time. I can't say enough about this place.
